Abstract

Construction Overhead Index (IKK) Binjai Municipality 2018 is a price index that describes the level of overpriced construction of Binjai Municipality compared to the reference city of Surabaya. The IKK data of Binjai Municipality in 2018 is obtained from the Survey of Price of Cost of Construction of special construction materials / construction, heavy equipment rental, wages of construction services conducted by Binjai Municipality. Data is calculated based on quarterly pricing data ofJuly 2017,October 2017,January 2018 and April 2018. The calculation chart of IKK uses Bill of Quantity (BoQ) data and realization data of Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD).
