Abstract

One indicator to see the pace of human development is through the human development index (HDI). The pace of human development according to UNDP can be seen through the achievement of the strategic value of longevity, knowledge and decent living standards.This publication not only describes the conditions in 2018, but also compared with the conditions in 2017 so that it can see the development of human development during the 2017-2018 period. Besides this publication also compares the results of human development with other districts / cities in North Sumatra Province.
