Abstract

Construction Overhead Index (IKK) Binjai Municipality 2019 is a price index that describes the level of overpriced construction of Binjai Municipality compared to the reference city of Surabaya. The IKK data of Binjai Municipality in 2019 is obtained from the Survey of Price of Cost of Construction of special construction materials / construction, heavy equipment rental, wages of construction services conducted by Binjai Municipality. Data is calculated based on quarterly pricing data of July 2018, October 2018, January 2019 and April 2019. The calculation chart of IKK uses Bill of Quantity (BoQ) data and realization data of Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD).
