Abstract

Construction Overhead Index (IKK) Binjai Municipality 2017 is a price index that describes the level of overpriced construction of Binjai Municipality compared to the reference city of Surabaya. The IKK data of Binjai Municipality in 2017 is obtained from the Survey of Price of Cost of Construction of special construction materials / construction, heavy equipment rental, wages of construction services conducted by Binjai Municipality. Data is calculated based on quarterly pricing data ofJuly 2016,October 2016,January 2017andApril 2017. The calculation chart of IKK uses Bill of Quantity (BoQ) data and realization data of Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD).
