Analysis of Data Needs Survey Results Binjai Municipality 2020

The Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to identify the need for statistical data and the level of customer satisfaction with BPS data and services. SKD has been implemented by the Directorate of Statistical Dissemination through the Subdirectorate of Reference to Statistics since 2005.In 2020, BPS will again hold SKD at the Central BPS, 34 Provincial BPS and 479 Regency / City BPS. SKD 2020 results are presented in the form of publications containing analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of data needs, analysis of data quality satisfaction, and analysis of service unit performance. This analysis is complemented by a presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK).
